The Team
James Colquhoun – Director & Producer
After extensive self research and formalizing that knowledge in studying Nutrition through the Global College of Natural Medicine in Santa Cruz, California, James together with Laurentine teamed up to found the concept that is Food Matters. The two set out on international adventure to uncover the non-confusing truth behind real food nutrition and it’s impact of our lives and society at large.
The medium of film provided James with a platform through which he was inspired to touch millions of peoples lives the world over. The consequences of distributing this information on more effective, less toxic, less invasive and cheaper therapies for healing is one which stands well within the boundaries of his ethical approach to cinéma verité (truth through film).
